AUTOMATIC BILL PAY
Columbus City Utilities is pleased to offer an easy way to pay your water and wastewater bill. When you sign up for our Automatic Bill Payment Plan, the amount of your utility bill will be automatically withdrawn from your checking or savings account each month on the due date.
You will no longer have to write checks or pay postage. You will never have to worry about past due penalties. You will never have to make special arrangements to pay your bill if you are out of town. Once you have enrolled in the program your bank transfers money from your account, in the amount of your utility bill, each month and directs it to the Columbus City Utilities.
To take advantage of this program, simply click on and complete the Authorization Form , press the "Submit" button, and we'll take it from there! We will notify your bank of your request and your bank will verify this request with you. Only then, can the automatic withdrawal of your utility bill be completed on a monthly basis on the due date.
